This notice explains how Orb Solutions handles the details you send us through the Orb Inspect website.
What we collect
When you request a demo we collect your name, company, work email and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, number of sites, the assessment types you’re interested in and any notes. We also record the time of the request and your IP address so we can prevent spam.
How we use it
We use these details only to contact you about Orb Inspect and arrange a demo. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests for as long as we’re in conversation with you, and for no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Email info@orbsolutions.co.uk and we’ll respond within one month.
